L'Importeur is a trade name of TAV GROUP LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. We operate from Willemstad, Curaçao. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our website (limporteur.nl) and our services.

- Email addresses: to send inventory notifications and updates you have opted into. We do not send unsolicited marketing.
- Client information: to process your vehicle purchase, coordinate shipping, handle customs clearance, complete registration, and communicate status updates about your order.
- Analytics: to understand how our website is used and improve the experience. We do not sell or share analytics data.
Who has access to your data
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase: database hosting for client records and subscriber lists. Data is stored in secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
- Resend: email delivery for transactional emails and notifications.
- Google Analytics: anonymized website usage tracking.
- Vercel: website hosting.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Data retention
Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Client data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a period of seven years afterward as required for tax and regulatory compliance. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
